Dear sir

Please confirm me P Tax is returnable tax or we are loosing Rs.2400.00 per year .if it returnable so how ? Kindly provide proses . other wise what is the rules pl confirm to my above said mail id.

please let me know is there any people otherthan the employees serving under Army, Airforce,Navy Act are exempted from paying profession tax.

Dear Sir/ Madam

Most of the listed casual labourer in BSNL, WBTC were/ are not deducted the stipulated Professional Taxes from their monthly wages, though they were /are under ESI & EPF scheme.
The average gross wages per head per month is Rs 10,000.00 +
Are they legally waived from paying P/TAX ?

please explain me , prof .tax calated on net wages or gross wages-our unit enged in scfffoding work at dhaej gujarat its casual workers
