This excel utility is useful while fixation of promotional benefit. After receiving annual increment on 1st July, the employee will exercise option to enjoy fixation benefit if the functional promotion is between 2nd January to 30th June.

can the enhancement of qualification from hons. to post graduate with prior permission from the authority be considered as non functional promotion? How the scale will change?

the scale will be enhanced with one additional increment. your grade pay has changed from hons. to p.g. scale.

sir please sent pay fixation rules if a employee came through proper channel form central government to statutory body of central government from gp 4200 to gp 4600 however the basic pay in grade pay 4200 is 17260 and joined in new post before increasement due date 31/5/12.
