What is the procedure for Resignation of Contractual Employees ?
In the contract it is said, termination of contract can be done by both side (Employee or Govt) by giving 1 month notice period. Is it possible to resign immediately without notice period ? What are the possible consequences (adverse effect) ?
You may resign from your present post. But you may not get RELEASE ORDER or you will may not get to continue your service as you want to RESIGN.
Sir, What do you mean by “you will may not get to continue your service as you want to RESIGN” ? I want to resign and leave WB Govt and there is no benefit given to Contractual workers (even if I join a permanent job in WB Govt).
Yes I understand I will not get RELEASE ORDER (or Experience Certificate) but any adverse effect (or actions) taken against me ?
According to my knowledge, if someone can not able to produce his L.P.C., Service Book, Release order, then in which documents will help to continue your previous service period? Of course you will get your any due amount because of it.
Sorry Sir, but contractual employees in WB Govt does not have service book.
