Last day new cosa soft. has been installed by a staff of MBS who get the order for this job from authority. but they do not supply the original soft. c.d. whereas COSA is a product of NIC & they supply it to every WB govt office free of cost.

I see. You may have a look at the link below which may be helpful for you. The agency will charge for installation of cosa and other on call service as per list given in that order. Dear friend,
I have asked a staff of MBS why they don’t provide the CD of COSA software to the govt. offices where they installed this software? He told me that, they have no permission from finance deptt. to provide the CD.
