Dear friends.
Hope all you are well in this heat wave. I have a query about the appointment of a Teacher-in-charge(TIC). Is the Managing Committee hold the supreme power to appoint an Assistant Teacher as Teacher-in-charge whether the AT is not a senior one. I appreciate your feedback with criticisms. Thanking you. Sorry for my poor English.
The service of the senior most AT should be utilized.
Thanks dear admin.
Is there any gov.orders regarding this in H.S. school/Madrasah?
I can provide a G.O. right now, but that is for Primary Branch.
Generally, the seniormost teacher should be appointed as TIC. But if the MC unanimously resolve to appoint any junior teacher who is most efficient, they can do so. But all the necessary formalities must be maintained. Moreover as per my knowledge, maximum TIC’s have not receive any DI’s approval, hence they can’t enjoy the enhanced grade pay.
Dear AK Dutta, you told here “Moreover as per my knowledge, maximum TIC’s have not receive any DI’s approval, hence they can’t enjoy the enhanced grade pay.” Please if possible, discuss in brief for us with such relevant docs. Thanks for your kindness.
I’d like to know if there is an AHM in an institution whether s/he does hold privilege or right over other ATs to take up the TIC’s job.
I can provide a G.O. right now, but that is for Primary Branch.
