There is no, as such, any transfer policy of contractual employee, i think. However, please mention department or post of the contractual employee for further discussion. Thank you.

I am working as a Technical Assistant at MGNREGA. Is there any such order of west bengal govt that contractual employees cannot be transferred. If yes then please mention the G.O. Thank you.
