i have got service continuation after joining my present service from the govt. of arunachal pradesh but i have not got pay protection….under ROPA 2009…before applying for the present post my pre revised scale was same but just before joining my present post under this govt my pay was revised by govt of arunachal pradesh ie wef 2006 but wb govt. has declared on
april 2009. i was released by govt of arunachal pradesh on 9th march 2009 and i have joined my present post under wb govt on 13th march 2009…whereas this govt has declared pay
