My BP=8670,DA=3902,HRA=1301,MA=300,Gross=14173,Deduction=110(PT) +600(PF)=710, NET In hand salary=13463….What would be My 8 days salary in the month of August?
2.To get final payment of GPF(Due to resignation) what procedure should be done(in case of Primary Teacher)?

1) Your 8 days salary will be calculated as per the following formula: – Gross salary / 31 * 8 – GPF Subscription – applicable P Tax based on 8 days gross salary amount.
2) Final payment of GPF Subscription can be available as per DcRB Rules.
3) Ad hok bonus also applicable to you but it will be as per ratio of your serving period this year with 365 days.September 4, 2012 at 6:28 pm #73963AnonymousInactive1) Salary for 8 days of August:-August=31 days.
Basic Pay -Rs. 8670.00/31x 8 =Rs. 2237.41
D.A.=45% of B.P. =Rs. 1006.96
H.R.A.= 15% of B.P. = Rs. 335.74
M.A.=300/31X8 =Rs. 77.41
Total = Rs.3657.52 i.e. Rs. 3658/-, Now your claimed amount =3658-(110+600)=Rs.2948/-
2) According to your information, You have resigned from the post of a Primary Teacher. But where have you joined? I think you have joined as an assistant teacher in a upper primary school (High/Higher Secondary). Then you will claim your final payment of P.F. to the Circle Inspector of schools.
3) You have written that you join in 2010, and resigned in August. Dear Sir, the bonus will be calculate from 1st April, 2011 to 31st March,2012.
