My father is a retired government employee. He already enrolled in WBHS. I am also an employee in another department and also enrolled in WBHS in my department. In this situation I want to know, is it possible to marge both of scheme in my ID? It is difficult to maintain or coordinate the both department. So if it is possible, instant of considering my father medical allowance.
