Facility of Child Adoption Leave has been extended to the female teaching and non teaching employees of recognized non-govt. institution (aided and un-aided).

Sir, I have read the G.O. vide No.421 SE(S) dated 29.02.2012. It is applicable for female non teaching and teaching employees of rec. non-govt institution only Secondary School.
Primary female Teachers are not eligible to enjoy this leave till now. I think a similar order from Primary branch is require for the female primary teachers. Awaiting for consideration.

Please give your opinion about it whether I am right or not. Otherwise Primary teachers will be misguided by me.That is not my expectation.With thanks.

You are absolutely right. I also think alike that separate G.O. shall be published in future for the Primary Female Teachers.
