Out of 8 in my recruitment 2 have joined on 31st March.. others joined in April 1 st week.. now coming to DPC.. crucial date is April 1 st.. problem is on the basis of merit person joined in April are seniors.. now who will get promotion … Only 2 posts are there in promotion grade.
