I’m an NRI, staying in Dubai for my professional obligations. My wife went to see my ailing Father in law to Kolkata and they all met a severe bus accident while travelling in N.B.S.T.C (Govt of W.B. undertaking bus services) and we faced extreme mental, physical & financial trouble because of this as ther survived somehow, even though the damages are immense.
** Please note that this grievance has been uploaded in CM W.B. grievance portal website: Acknowledgement reference: E03P000290 & Repeat registration with Acknowledgement reference: UUNL001103 and hard copy of the complaint has been sent to you by post. Shall I consider that there is no justice for the people who lodge complaints in this portal.
I haven’t received anything despite sending 80 reminders and even after 3 months.
How come an efficient, honest Government be silent after receiving this much reminders about an injustice which is extremely against humanityMarch 24, 2012 at 1:02 pm #62906

Food Supply Office, Govt. of West Bengal governs W.B.ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES SUPPLY LTD ,11A Mirza Galib St, Kol 87. We are supplying Masur Dal, Boiled Rice, Must. oil,and salt to I.C.D.S. Project on behalf of the aforesaid co, at the prescribed rates of the Dept. of Child Dev., Govt. of W.B. As per past trends the rates are declared for every two months. As soon as such rates are declared, then the above corporation also declare its rates based upon its parent organization, keeping some profit margin for the latter.
However, the dept. of child development, writers building ,has declared the rates for the period of two months ,i.e.01.08.2012 to 31.09.2012, somewhat in the first week of August,2012, but sorry to say, the aforesaid corporation has not yet declared its rates yet ,though appxo.2month is going to end.
In the mean time, we have already fulfilled our obligation to supply the food grain and arranged sale proceeds on a/c of that sale to the corporation.
Needless to say, without the rates we can not raise the bills and collect money from the corporation. Such delay in declaring rates result in huge piling of funds say, hundred crores of Rupees, or more, which may be diverted to somewhere else. We have reason to believe that one private banker, namely Axis Bank Ltd is their main banker and by just keeping in the current a/c huge balances for longer period of any private banker is also amounts to suspicion, if funds are tagged as such, whereas it is detrimental to the interest of the suppliers at large who are suffering shortages of funds due to such unscrupulous and mal practices.January 26, 2013 at 8:33 pm #62909
I joined O/o the Pr. Accountant General(Audit), Assam in the post of Auditor on 24-09-2010. The Preliminary Examination for the SAS Examination is going to be held by August, 2013. Although I have completed 2 (two) years of regular service as the prescribed probationary period on 23-09-2012, I have been informed verbally by the concerned Assistant Audit Officer dealing with departmental examination matters that since I have not passed the Departmental Confirmatory Test (DCT) during my probation period of 2 (two) years I will not be able to appear the said Preliminary Exam. However, i have undergone training for DCT and have passed the Hindi Examination .
I would be highly obliged if you kindly consider to intimate me whether passing the Departmental Confirmatory Test (DCT) in IA&AD is mandatory for completion of probation period as per the O.M.No.18011/1/2010-Estt. (C) dated September, 2011. I would also like to know the difference between confirmation and probation.
