Do you know supreme court has given any order in recent about conversion of CPF to GPF Scheme?

I heard, Finance (Revenue) Dept, WB passed an order regarding CPF to GPF Pension on 20.05.2014
not sure about the info

you are quite right. a notification published in concurrence of the Finance Department U.O. No. 569 Group-P (Pay) dated 08.05.2014.

Its a simple format to be filled up by the applicant according to his/her details of service
