It is unfair if the pre-03/09/2001 untrained teachers are “NOT ALLOWED” to pursue the two years ODL mode Teachers Training along with rest of the post-03/09/2001 untrained teachers & on the long run are not allowed to apply for the post of Head Teacher for not being “TRAINED”.
