    Sir
    An employee has demanded Ordinary Localities DA at Rs-230 for his TA Bill on the basis of his Pay as per ROPA-09 i.e-16230/- +3600 but the office has allowed Rs-105 on the basis of his pay as per ROPA-98. Pl. to clear the confusion?

    Fitment table is available according to the GP in ROPA 2009. The DA should be allowed as per the pay range.
    In this case DA should be Rs. 120 /-
    ( as far my knowledge goes )
    Valuable opinion of other expert members is needed

    Yes, it should be Rs. 120/- as per ROPA 2009.
