Our College (Turku Hansda Lapsa Hemram Mahavidyalay, Birbhum) was established (Colleges under Pay Packet Scheme) in the year 2006 and first appointment was made in the year 2008 after completion of 1 year of service we started to deduct PF from the salary and deposited in the Rampurhat Treasury through transfer credit. When we claimed the PF Interest to the PURTA BHABAN, they asked for ‘permission letter’ regarding opening of PF Account they also informed that AG Bengal is empowered to issue the permission letter regarding opening of PF Account. We applied to the AG Bengal along with all relevant documents but till date we did not get any response. Can anybody guide us ?
