Eligibility criteria for IGNOU B.ed

I checked the eligibility criteria for B.ed in IGNOU and it said a trained in service teacher in elementary education or candidate should have completed a NCTE recognized teachers training programme through face to face mood. But I could not fathom the meaning properly, I mean we do not have any teachers training so we want to pursue b.ed, now what other type of teachers training is needed for doing b.ed?
