A teacher appointed prior to 03.09.2001 i.e. the date on which the NCTE Regulations, 2001 came into force will be guided by the prevalent Recruitment Rules of the State Government. Institution ,and 1)21-9-2004 registered for Enhancement of qualification of Ph.D.from the university of North Bengal & the Chancellor of the said university awarded the Degree on the date-08-4-2010. May avail two additional Increment for enhancement of Qualification. At the the Same time I belong the Assistant Headmaster.
