Had you been assured of any such G.O by the Hon’ble Education or Finance Minister. Kindly inform . I believe that the Policy of the political party always differs with the policy of the Government.

For arrear you dont need any separate G.O. You are eligible to get incremental benefit on completion of B.Ed form the following day of the last date of examination, both theoritical and practical. And if you did not already receive it, you will get as arrear. Thats it.
