G.O. No. 4538-F(Y) dated 10.06.2015

Kolkata PAO objected our salary bill mentioning that bill can not be passed as per G.O. No. 4538-F(Y) dated 10.06.2015. Can anyone please help me with this G.O. I could not find this G.O.

Hi asif,
I think, the G.O. No. should be 4525-F(Y) [instead of 4538-F(Y)] dt. 10-06-2015, that states the non-acceptance of Non-CTS-2010 standards cheques by the treasuries/PAOs.
Please confirm.

@gpgarain : I also initially thought of that G.O. But PAO-II mentioned G.O. No. 4538-F(Y) dated 10.06.2015 clearly in type written letter. May be the G.O. has not been uploaded in finance website.

But still the G.O. No. 4338-F(Y) Dated, the 10th June, 2015 does not match with that mentioned by @asif
