My laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation had to be done in an unempanelled nursing home.After operation it is found that the nursing home authority has applied for renewal of their licence.Under this condition,can I get the 60% reimbursement benefit of the package rate.

My father is admitted to RN Tagore International Institute Of Cardiac Sciences. He is prescribed for Dual Chamber pacemaker implantation only.Because of emergency issue we need to undergo the process without the prior permission from the west bengal health authority. Hospital Authority is saying that they will not take any responsibility for reimbursement of at least single chamber pacemaker implantation and is telling to give a declaration that the patient is not under west bengal health scheme. Please help with a early reply.
My father was admitted in the Fortis Hospital, Anandapur kolkata on 23.8.2013 and was discharged on 2.09.2013 under WBHS. The hospital has stated the disease (1) Lower Respiratory Tract infection (2) dyselectrolytemia . Now I have submitted the bills for reimbursement . The establishment section is asking for the code numbers of the diseases . Can you please tell me if reimbursement is possible in this case and the code numbers of the diseases.
my doctor at desun hospital prescribed me an anamally scan and follicular study (both are usg related to pregnancy).i did both the usg at desun hospital.the hospital authority had given code for both the usg(code 02009028 for follicular study and code 02009032 for congenital anomally) and charged accordingly the wbhs rate.now my question is whether i wll get reimbursement for this two USG and submit bill.the two usg costs with code number are available in revised rate list under wbhs 2008.and if i get reimbursement what disease should i mention in the opd list of diseases.
New born baby from a empannelled hospital by surgery done by package rate and already reimbursed. Checked up after four weeks as per doctor’s advice as OPD patient. Is it reimburseable?

Now last my mother had a pain in her left knee and i taken her to the CMRI hospital outdoor department and the doctor prescribed a knee x-ray which cost 1350/- in the same hospital. Now after checking the doctor also prescribed for a MRI scan for the left knee. Now my question is should I get reimbursement for all this test charges under the WBHS?
After birth of a new born baby, it is required to give vaccine to the baby after 6 weeks, 10 weeks, 3 months, 6 months etc of his birth. Is the cost vaccine and visit of Dr’s fees, if done under empaneled hospitals, reimbursable ?
