My Father is a retired Government Employee retired on 2006. He was not enrolled himself in the West Bengal Government Health Scheme. Now as per the notification No 953-F(MED), Dated 31/10/2017 if he would be now eligible for a fresh enrollment in the said scheme? If yes please guide me in this regard how to enroll and to whom he will contact? Please Reply.
