HRA for couple living 186 km apart with quarter

Hi,I am an assistant teacher living in my in-law’s house.My husband is an assistant professor living 186 km apart and he is not drwaing any HRA as he is enjoying a quarter for working as a hostel superintendent.His college authority doesnot claim any HRA for him from GOVT.
My question is
1. What will be my HRA?
2. What is the G.O. related to this?
