What about those DDOs whose pay bill is inclusive of govt. employees but not drawn from pay & Accounts/ treasuries.

After completed 95% work for COSA generated Bill for JUlLY’12(with compulser increment)it noted on 20th of month that our related TREASURY had no idea about COSA with it’s software SQL Version, so we have to make all the work in between next one week, near about of 490 employees.
