Hi, Sir I am Barnali Nath, an Assistant teacher of a Primary School under Ichapur Circle in North 24 Parganas District.
My son Pratik Nath is a mentally disable child with 75% disability.
I wish to know –
1) How to include the name of my disabled child in my service book?
2) If his name is included in my service book then will it be rectified in my PPO?
3) Except service book whether I may get any acknowledgement from State Government which I can provide to the legal guardian of my son.
