What about the news of Latest Govt. Sponsored Management of the schools? From when will it be implemented.Is there any latest news?

The Govt. has further ordered that the existing M.C will remain in force until the committee of Sponsored school is formed.

what would be the managing committee of the newly sponsored aided school? Whether it would be according to the 1972 rule or there is any new notification? please inform me with source.
