How can an A.T of a high school pursue M.Phil,while at the same time attending his/her school duties? As far as I know M.Phil or PhD cannot be done on distance mood. The school managing committee is not willing to grant the leave for pursuing these higher education.

Hence, this sort of degrees or diplomas has not been provided any provision in case of acquiring professional degrees on deputation except B.Ed. Even M.Ed. does not enjoy the privilege of being granted permission to acquire on deputation in case of school teachers. So, one school teacher will have to manage on his own to pursue M.Phil, or Ph.D., or even M.Ed.
