I joined in a school as Honours graduate teacher of Computer Science subject on December 2013. I want to do masters degree(M.Sc./MCA) through distance mode from Sikkim Manipal University. The order of higher study for teachers has been cancelled. So, how can I do masters degree? Please reply to my post if I take any permission from D.I. office or anything else to do.

    1) You are going to do this course by distance mode.
    2) Not only that you are an Honours graduate teacher.
    3) You may give a declaration to the M.C. that you will not hamper the class routine and not claim Higher Scale in future.
    4) After receiving the Degree, you may sit WBSSC for PG scale.
An information as 3 may submit to the D.I. by your school authority.

But I joined in the school through WBSSC in H/PG category. After completing the master degree, I will be able to get PG scale. Is not it?
