is there no rule for job security in icse school ? can management sack any teacher or teachers more than 5 years of his service in that school? please clarify the protection rule for the registered private school in west bengal.(noc from west bengal govt., affiliated to icse board)

Is there are no salary bar for a private english medium school’s teacher though the school has 3000 students? A school give only Rs, 3000 to 5000 to most of the teachers and they give only 12000 to 17000 to 3 to 4 teachers and try to sack after 5 years of their job? Is they do any thing ? Is there are no rule ?
