Accordingly, opening of account with the President as required for RMSA is illegal as no rule has yet been made by the Government for Sponsored Institut ion. Besides that, your earlier ciirculalr was existing pattern of committee will continue until further order. Please clarify it.
August 25, 2014 at 8:23 pm #64913AnonymousInactiveIt is not very clear to us whether the President of the existing School Managing Committee or the new Committee to be constituted later can operate RMSA A/C with the H.M or T.I.C of the school. The time period or the last date of opening the said A/C is not given. Can the school open A/C with the permission of the existing M.C or without waiting for the nod of the concerned D.I. / A.D.I.office ? Expecting immediate reply.
