Our AI denied to sanction showing the cause that no order published by w.b. school education department. What to do?

The best way is to put an RTI at a higher level (may be at DI office) referring to the finance dept order. You may ask your AI if all order they compel you to follow are published in the website(for this part unity is strength). Thanks.
