Is it necessary for West Bengal state government employee to get prior permission from appointing authority when purchasing land (sale/lease) from State government body like WB Housing Board, KMDA, Kolkata Improvement Trust?
OR a post facto intimation about the transaction will be sufficient?
Prior permission before purchasing immovable/ movable property is mandatory as per West Bengal Services (Duties, Rights and Obligation of the Govt. Employee) Rules 1980.
