    Movement of Schedule-B Stenographers to higher scales as per promotion policy statement of 1981 would be treated as non-functional one and therefore provisions of Reservation Rules in respect of SC/ST etc. candidates will not apply in such cases. https://wbxpress.com/principles-for-movement-of-schedule-b-stenographer/

    Please inform about publication of GO regarding movement of Scheduled-B Stenographers to higher scales. I joined on 31/12/1991 – 10/ 16 years’ C A S has been awarded. Whether promotion list will be published or not?
