In such cases the overdrawal for the period from 01-01-2008 to 31-03-2008 shall be recovered with reference to unrevised pay drawn prior to 01-04-2008 as in the said period pay under W.B.S. This question is not nursing staff related.But he is an HA(M). This employee Joined in his service on 01.09.1981 in the Scale no.6 i,e 3350/- -6325/-[basic scale];after getting 1st &2 nd higher scale[scale no 7&8 respectively] under CAS-90/MCAS-01 on completion of 10/8 yrs & 20/16 yrs service;gets promotion in the scale no-8(3800-7725/-)wef 01.01.06. He already get 25 yrs benefit under MCAS-01 wef 01.01.07.The question is whether he will entitled the promotional fixation benefit keeping in mind the para IX of G.O No 3015-f dt.13.03.01. The reply is helpful as his service book will be send to AG for pension. Thank you.
