Retention necessary for Higher Education

I am working as an A.T in a govt.sponsored school..I have joined in 2013/12 in an additional post and my school has not yet got my retention done. Now if I try to get admission for b.ed as a deputed candidate, will I face any problem?

Retention is necessary. At lest the receiving copy of retention prayer has to be submitted along with for the D.I. permission.

To add to what @mihiracharya has said, you must keep another thing in mind that as a teacher has got have at least the experience of two years of continuous and satisfactory service experience for applying for B.Ed.
