Dear friends,
Can an asst teacher seek information from her HEADMASTER’ OFFICE under RTI ?
PLEASE HELP.

Yes she can seek information, but through proper way as mentioned in RTI rule-

Answer is ‘yes, he/she can’. However, the Asst. Teacher may seek information from H.M. under RTI Act as a ‘public’ by NOT disclosing his/her official identity i.e. official designation and office address should not be mentioned in the RTI application. Pls see the following links:
