    I will be grateful if any member posts the Scanned Copy of the Ramzan’s Order regarding early departure of the Fasting Muslim Employees during the month of Roza which was passed on 2/8/2011 vide Memo No 7751-F(P). The copy posted earlier on this site is not giving a visible clear print. Please do the favour by treating my request as most urgent.

    I had printed the scanned copy as it bears the signature of the issuing authority but the text was not clearly printed and hence I have no alternative but to post my request for the same .

    I see. Please tell me whether a photocopy or printed copy of Govt. Order which bears the signature of the issuing authority, should be treated as original and be used for the Official purpose though the same not received officially or published in the Govt. Websites? If the answer is yes, then what should the incumbent do if the Head of Office denies to entertain the same?

    Yes that will do. The issue is only related to signature on the order.

    No need to bother about the scanned order.I have received the copy of Order from Writers’ Buildings. Let it now be a closed chapter.
