Settlement of Pension in case of Transfer of an Employee

Sir,
One employee, whose date of retirement is July-14 & his pension papers has been sent to AG in time & admissibility report is also received, but; in the verge of his retirement, he has been transferred to another new establishment. As the admissibility report has already been received; the date of retirement is with in two months; what is the duty of me for payment his pensionery benefits? proper guide line is required.
