My sister is a ANM nurse under west Bengal government, she completed her 2 years of job and now she is planning to upgrade her degree by doing GNM (Nurse) , so i want to know about the study leave given by the government , is there any criteria of the particular

Re: STUDY LEAVE IN GOVERMENT OF WEST BENGAL
1. Study leave is admissible to the Govt. employee who has rendered not less than five years service.
2.Study leave is not admissible to the Govt. employee who will retire within three years of return from study leave.

If she will not get the study leave she cant able to do the GNM (nurse) course, i want to know that, what is the future scope of ANM, How can she upgrade her qualification in her track? what can she do so that she get promoted and secure her future?
