    Is it possible to transfer a pension account from one bank (UBI) to another (either SBI or United Bank)?

    If that is indeed possible, how can such transfer be implemented?

    What is the procedure in such case where a pensioner can’t sign prominent as he did some time past ?

    1) an application on plain paper, to the concerned Treasury Officer – stating the reasons.
    2) photocopy of the new passbook.
    3) physical appearence before the Treasury Officer.

    my late husband sri roji ahmad was an employ of wbseb,btps,township as an electrician gr 2 and am getting family pension since 2003 from cbi branch khairwa east champaran bihar. but said branch not asking for life certificate to till date pls rply
