Can a student who,
1. Appeared in MP examination
2. Passed in MP examination
3. Unsuccessful in MP examination
claim for VIII passed certificate in his/her School and by what rule?
Although admit card of MP directly imply VIII pass, yet some examination authority just want VIII passed certificate nothing else.February 15, 2013 at 6:34 pm #76931unknownParticipant……….
2. Passed in MP examination
3. Unsuccessful in MP examination……..How can a student who has passed MP exam. become unsuccessful in MP exam. ??
February 16, 2013 at 2:50 am #76933unknownParticipantI just mention 3 different cases-
1.
2.
3.
and ask for both cases separately.February 16, 2013 at 6:33 am #76941unknownParticipantWhile recruitment in some posts do not allow MP candidates but allow only VIII pass candidates.
February 16, 2013 at 5:44 pm #76946unknownParticipantIf in some post only VIII pass candidates are allowed, can the school authority deny to give VIII pas certificate who has appeared or passed M.P. ?
February 17, 2013 at 2:08 pm #76951unknownParticipantI’m also asked the same “can the school authority deny to give VIII pas certificate who has appeared or passed or unsuccessful in M.P.?”
February 18, 2013 at 1:06 pm #76962unknownParticipantI think School authority should deny such case for the above ground.
February 18, 2013 at 2:02 pm #76963unknownParticipantActually, as you know, Class VII, Madhyamik, H.S., Graduate, Masters etc. are the standards of Educational Career on which recruitment conditions differs. Certificate in this regard signifies the last stage of education from that Institution in a specific point of time. Now, it is obvious that one MP passed candidate must not be provided with Class VIII pass certificate. So for the appeared and unsuccessful one. For later two cases, the School can provide the student with a certificate stating that he has passed class IX, or appeared in MP which will imply that he has passed Class VIII but not passed Madhyamik.
In most of the cases, Recruitment Rules prescribe those Educational requirements as ‘minimum’. i.e. ‘minimum Class VIII Passed.’ or ‘Minimum Madhyamik or equivalent’ etc. Therefore, a Class IX pass certificate will fit his purpose.February 18, 2013 at 2:39 pm #76965unknownParticipantThanks to all…
In most of the cases, Recruitment Rules prescribe those Educational requirements as ‘minimum’. i.e. ‘minimum Class VIII Passed.’ or ‘Minimum Madhyamik or equivalent’ etc. Therefore, a Class IX pass certificate will fit his purpose.
But the problem is, as I said earlier
Although admit card of MP directly imply VIII pass, yet some examination authority just want VIII passed certificate nothing else.
For MP appearing students can HM give him/her VIII pass certificate?
Is there any High Court Order regarding this matter specially suppressing of fact?February 18, 2013 at 2:44 pm #76967unknownParticipantOne Institution cant act according to the requirements of any Examining authority. The School will certify the Truth, the whole Truth.
