Sir I am a wb gov employee .my basic grade scale 9 Gr II scale 10 Gr.I scale 12/ I drwan CAS 10YRS 1/1/1996 16Yrs 1/1/2002 25Yrs 10/12/2010. 1/7/2008 BP13650 +GP4100 10/12/2010 BP15320+GP4400 .NOW PROMO GR II WEF 1/2/2009. How will be the fixation? PL HELP ME.
