As i am poor paid employ, i like to avail cashless benefits for my daughters treatments. I am trying to online register as given that website but i didn’t trace out.
In this circumstances, My request if anyone help me to online registration process, so I’ll do that registration.Please help me about online registration on urgent basis. I am waiting for reply..

Now I am a retired person.I like to entry into WBH Pensioners Cashless Medical Treatment Sch 2014. Kindly inform me wheather I and my family can avail this cashless medical treatment.

T am a pension holder since January 2011. Me and my wife are already included in “West Bengal Health Scheme-2008” and accordingly medical allowances deducted from pension.
1. Whether I have to re apply for the scheme.
2. If so, Please direct me the process of reapplication (a) on line-web site information,(b) required form of fresh enrollment if necessary.
3. If on line submission of application is not approved, downloadable forms for enrollment in new scheme-2014 please be sent or information to get the form please be accorded.

June 4, 2019 at 8:34 am #64311pujahalderParticipantI have facing a problem.my father who is a govt.pensioner.is a cardiac patient. He takes dialysis 3 times in a week under cassless wbhs 2014..
But hospital authority place this to government, that cassless outdoor day to day care- as admitted in hospital for long time..
But this is only single visit opd treatment,not long time admission matter.hospital claimed more amount from government for this ,which is not justified.
Please some one help me to connect directly govt.department for getting know them about this matter..
any mail id or anything. -
