I am an employee of Directorate set up. Now there are some higher posts in the West Bengal Junior Dairy Development Service through promotion. Now the regional Head Clerks are claiming for those posts. Now my question is that whether the higher posts are only for Directorate set up or for both the Directorate set up and regional set up. But from last 30 years no regional employee was eligible for these posts, and only directorate set up employees were eligible for these posts. Please suggest for this query with G.O. if any exists.
