My father’s total service life is 9 years 7 months 10 days. Someone said that, as per DCRB scheme there have a provision to condone upto 6 month by Govt. But after prayer to condone, Govt denied to pay pension. Is it possible? He retired in 2014 as assistant primary school teacher. Have there any exist Government order to get pension? Kindly advise whether he is eligible to get pension.
