My father dies in 2002 in road accident in his service as a school teacher in secondary school. That time I was a 2nd year B.Tech student and my younger brother a 1st year student of graduation. With the no-objection declaration from my mother and me, my brother had applied for the primary school teacher job in 2002 in die in harness ground. After completing his graduation (in English Honors) he went to Hooghly DI office to add his certificate and result in the earlier application but DI office didn’t accept that.

Next we had round off so many time to DI office and Bikash Bhaban. As per the last update the file might had reached to concerned department in Bikash Bhaban but after that was not processed finally. We also had been frustrated and fed up and didn’t followup. DUring the phase My mother had to pass through a very bad financial crisis to afford our daily family expense and my and my brother education expense.

Now I am working in a private organization as sales executive and my brother is a employee of Government Bank.

In this above context can we file a legal case against the West Bengal Government and asking for a lump sum compensations for not giving the job to my brother
Or asking for the employment to my brother’s wife as a primary/secondary school teacher job on the above die in harness ground now??
