dear sir,
i rupali adak, grade-2 staff nurse,presently working pitpur rural hospital in zone-2,but because of less staff presently i posted in gobordhanpur rural hospital, purba mednipur.
sir, i try to explain my problem,in my present hospital i make duty only for 2 working days rest 5days are off this is same for every body.every worker are local,they came 20 min late to join duty everyday.work culture in this hospital is very bad.
so my request to you please transfer me to any hospital in zone -1 or zone-3.i like to make my duty honestly , so my request to you this transfer process will be as soon as possible.
