How many days of leave should I get for the completion of IGNOU B. Ed. as an In-service Teacher? Is there any G. O. regarding this matter?
I got permission from the Managing Committee for the IGNOU B. ED. course. Is it very essential to get permission from D. I. of schools? Please give information with suitable G. O.January 29, 2012 at 5:37 pm #71277unknownParticipantRe: G. O. regarding IGNOU_B. Ed.
I could not find any G.O. regarding IGNOU.
About the permission, the following G.O. is self explanatory.

According to G. O. No. 548-SE(S), dated, Calcutta, the 24th June, 1997, “The Managing Committee of the concerned School shall send such cases to D.I. (SE) for approval along with their commences, including, inter alia, the relevance of the subject of higher studies and also whether such higher studies are likely to affect the duties of the teacher in the School”.
In this regard, if M. C. could not sent the approval request of B. Ed. permission to the concerned D. I. (SE) in proper time then, what will happen for concerned teacher? Is there any possibility to stop annual increment? And what measure should be taken by the concerned teacher to continue his/her uninterrupted increment in service?April 12, 2012 at 8:10 am #71982unknownParticipantRe: G. O. regarding IGNOU_B. Ed.
