    Dear friends.
    Hope all you are well in this heat wave. I have a query about the appointment of a Teacher-in-charge(TIC). Is the Managing Committee hold the supreme power to appoint an Assistant Teacher as Teacher-in-charge whether the AT is not a senior one. I appreciate your feedback with criticisms. Thanking you. Sorry for my poor English.

    Then what do you say about the G.O. No.S/435B dt. 6.6.2001

    It is said that ” In partial modifications of the Office Circular No. 8417/G dated 7.11.81 and pursuant to the decision of the Executive Committee of the Board, it is clarified that teachers appointed to additional posts after confirmation to the regular posts will be entitled to the benefit of leave accrued during the pendency period of confirmation.”

    Respected sir, I want to know that what is the regulation for a teacher appointed in a permanent post? can he avail medical leave in advance in his first year of service?

    I like to know the Duties and Responsibilities of Group-D staff Specially Peon & Laboratory Attendant in H.S. School. I am lady Lab. Attendant in Gobardhanpur P.N.V.,Pingla, Paschim Medinipur. Because In my school has two Peons & has two Laboratory Attendants. But it is sorry to say you that the Peons are not agree to ring the bell, not to open bath rooms & latrine , not to clean the class rooms, not to give teachers water, not to open School Gates and Staff Rooms, not to serve Notice in different Classes, not agree to go to D.I. office to know their duties & responsibilities . You may want know, then what they do? In most of the cases they are inactive and they are absence from School but they seated nearby.As a lady, I do the above mentioning works. Is there any G.O. in this regard? Please help me to give G.O. separately for Peon & Lab. Attendant . Can I consult in Legal step? Know me in details,Please as early as possible.the

    MAM YOU ARE A LAB ATTENDENT MEANS U HELP THE SIR/madam at lab and the work u said clean class , toilet are of sweeper and opening school gate ,staff rooms all are work of a chowkidar the whole staff is exploiting you u can file a case and to know your duty go to court and there write a RTI ABOUT duties of lab attendent , chowkidar ,sweeper and peon and within 2 or 3 days u got ur answer from govt. then show those order to school or college members and don’t ever do these work these are not of yours they are exploiting you and after that they don’t agree and exploit u again plz file a case and will win that and u got sweeper plus chowkidar payment too for those works and the staff members will be ashamed and suspended by court and the world is selfish be selfish don’t care of any staff member do this they don’t stand with u and truth is they all know ur duties and still exploiting you mam

    I enjoy pass graduate pay scale from Work Education group. Have B.E. degree in Computer, which is equivalent to Hons degree, as i can appear SSC XI XII examination fo the subject of Computer science with the B.E degree.
    Now question is that when I appear for AHM post what is the NUMBER awarded for GRADUATION? Is it 7 or 2 ? (for 1st class)…

    Rules differ with the organisations. Still, resignation be withdrawn only before the date from which the resignation is to take effect.The resignation becomes irrevocable and operative after the aforesaid date of resignation. Therefore, the question of re-joining doesn’t arise at all after the date from which the resignation is to take effect.Please check the relevant regulations of your organisation for clarifications in this regard.

    Total amount of HRA drawn by the couple ( husband’s + wife’s HRA )will not exceed Rs. 6000/-

    Is it applicable if they stay in two different state?
